I posted about this at My Opera blog before. I just feel like posting it again.
Until a year ago, it was like I didn’t really care for what people say about how I looked. I went with tees, jeans, jackets, and basketball caps. Sometimes I also wore shirts and blazers in formal occasions. I never let my hair grow long ’cause I even hated combing.

Now, I live in Jakarta. I rent a house with my girl friends. Living with them gives the biggest influence ever in fashion change. They’re so girlish and stylish and they give comments on my every clothes, shoes, and bags. Pretty annoying, sometimes. But as I follow their advices, I realize that I’m a girl and there’s so many things I can do with my look. I try many kinds of dresses and shoes. I go to salon regularly. It’s fun.

Most friends who know me for a long time get surprised. They say, “You change.” But there’s nothing wrong with changing, right?
You are what you are comfortable to be.
You are yourself no matter how much you change.
